  • Dry aged steak was over-rated! I had heard about Gallagher's famous dry aged steak and had high hopes of savoring the meat. When the moment of truth came, I just could not give high marks for it. Don't get me wrong! It's good. It's actually very good, and the service was excellent. But for a place like Vegas, where the world's GREATEST foods are suppose to be prevalent.... well, you get my drift. If this place was in my home town, I would have definitely given 4 stars, but the fact that it's in Vegas, I expect a little more. So expect to get very good steaks.... just don't push that bar too high - maybe that was my problem.
