  • Yesterday their computers were down until this morning. My fiance and I were in line 3 hrs outside and 3 hrs inside. It's now 10pm and their is no flights unless me pay an additional $500 a person per seat. I was told for us to sleep on the floor until 5pm the next day and maybe if their is some free seats and not many ahead of us on standby we can get on. No apologies, no comps for a room I had to pay for and my boss is basically threatening my job if I can't make this flight at 5pm today due to others that are waiting. I understand the computers were down but to treat us like a dog and not even offer us a sandwich or something is unreal. Guarantee they won't even assist or acknowledge this post. Because of them I now could be out of a job.
