  • This has got to be the worst car dealer in the area. They store cars in the most inconvenient manner possible. They have the vehicles parked tandem inside a multi story office building with no elevator. You have to walk through a maze of 3 floors just to get to the showroom. This is nothing like BMW of North Scottsdale where you can easily take an elevator up to the showroom. The cars aren't always kept in best shape. Several cars we looked at were clearly trade ins, but that wasn't the issue. The issue was that they were still filled with the previous owners trash and a lot of the cars weren't even washed. Mo was probably the worst part of the dealer. He lacks basic customer service skills and was incredibly rude and unaccommodating. If you have to go to this dealer please deal with Paige or Alex.
