  • I was at this location not once but twice for the same reasons. My first visit you could tell I was not well at all! I was crying and in a pain level of 10. I was explaining to the nurses and the doctors that my blood pressure had sky rocketed, and I was wanting to get to the bottom of what was causing it. They got me "comfortable" but then dismissed me. With a blood pressure that was still high and no answers to what was causing my pain. Not even 8 hours later my blood pressure sky rocketed again! My mom took me back to the ER and was VERY concerned because all the symptoms were the same as my 1st visit. My mom is in the medical field and requested the doctors to check for a certain "infection/possible diagnosis" (SINCE MY SYMPTOMS seemed to be EXACTLY what she thought) needless to say they didn't listen. I was then again for the 2nd time doped up with more medication. Took yet ANOTHER CT scan even though I just had one done! And sent me home. All I wanted was answers. I wanted them to care enough to get to the bottom of why I was in pain. I too am in the medical field and my team and I would have take in consideration what the patient thought to believe is the issue! Who better to know their body and be able to be an advocate for them self. I felt like I was not heard! They weren't there to find a solution but to merely but a band-aide and send me on my way. After 2 visit in the same day with blood pressure readings of 190 /140. I felt like they didn't care about me and my health. I was just another number. Now I'm receiving these astronomical bills from Del Webb that state I'm 30 over due when it has even been 30 days from my visit!!! This is absolutely ridiculous! I will be filing a formal complaint. After going to a 3rd ER visit to another hospital... they were inviting and wanted to find out what was causing my pain. And guess what??? I got diagnosed with what we thought! They listened and focused on my symptoms. They were all about getting me better. I really hope someone from Banner Del Webb steps up to the plate and talks to me about resolving these issues. I have taken my dad to this location for years and never had a problem. Not sure why this was such a nightmare for me.
