This review is based on purchase and delivery, or lack thereof, of appliances. Do NOT buy appliances from Lowe's if they tell you that you have to wait for delivery. My son and I both purchased appliances in November of 2017 - separate orders. My order date was moved 4 times and at one point no one even knew where it was. My son's was moved at least 3 times. Neither of us EVER received notification that dates had changed until we called. We needed the appliances for a new kitchen and would not have ordered them if we had known it would take almost 2 months to deliver. This is the second time (shame on me) that I have ordered appliances from Lowe's with a moving delivery date. The first time I was able to cancel and purchase the refrigerator elsewhere. In all fairness the people I dealt with directly at Lowe's were very pleasant and as helpful as possible but they had no idea when the Distribution Center was going to deliver our orders. They were as much in the dark as we were. Obviously the Distribution Center is a third party company but Lowe's needs to find one that can provide better service. Beware.
