SO- I booked this on Groupon before reading the reviews. After I read the reviews I almost canceled my trip. However, we ended up goinG..... What I will say is that you can't expect a lot and you have to make the most of it. I should first explain that we're a young couple without children. We came for a relaxing, poolside, drinking weekend away from home. WELLLLLLL- you'll learn that on a FRIDAY AND SATURDAY they f***** close the adult pool bar/Grill at 5:30-6:00pm. What the F?? It's an adult pool. At a resort. On a weekend. 6pm it's closed? So after this amazing astonishment we relocate to a restaurant on campus, a Point in Thyme. Guess what? After relocating here (because the adult pool bar and Cantina is closed)..... this restaurant's air conditioning is broken. So while I'm standing in MY BATHING SUIT, the hostess suggests I go to the restaurant at the top of the hill ($$$$$$$ and dress code). Um. No. So we ate a burger in the heat and went back to our rooms to drink our booze we brought and watch tv. Burger was MEH. Asked for medium- got well. But, didn't die. Also- elevator broken to our room and ice machine out of ice. What I will say is that we went the next day to the adult pool (while it was open mid day) and to the Cantina and Alex the bartender was on point. He made our trip turn into a not so terrible one. Also, texting to use the shuttle was perfect and super convenient. Long story short.... don't come with high expectations.
