  • I was really hesitant to write this review because I loved my nails so much and the service was amazing !!! When I first went in Mai was so nice and kind and I absolutely loved my nails my reason for the 3 stars is because they fell 6 days after ! I was so upset ! I went in for a Disneyland trip I was going to and I wanted to have my nails done and heard good things about this place so decided to try it the day of my Disneyland trip two of them fell off and there really was no cause I didn't jam my nails anywhere or smush my finger or so anything that could have caused them to fall off , the following day 2 more came off and I was totally heartbroken because I loved my nails so much and then I was stuck walking around Disneyland with half a hand of nails which was embarrassing. Overall mai is great at customer service and the nails were beautiful but if they're not going to last at least two weeks they're not worth the 45 dollars . :(
