Let me start by saying that INSTYLE furniture in theory has great looking furniture But here we go....In September 2017 I bought $4000.00 worth of furniture. I bought a set of red leather sectionals, a white leather low profile California king and a 11x9 white shaggy rug.
The day of delivery I met the very nice delivery personal in the parking of the high rise. First think I noticed is that the red leather sectional were wrap in Saran Wrap, along the the pieces of the bed. I found that to be odd but let it slide. When they got up to my condo and unwrapped the couches I immediately noticed the couches were slightly damage in several places. Further inspection confirmed my suspicion that the couches delivered to me were the floor model and not a new boxed up set. I refused the delivery and at that point they order a new set from their west house in California. Also upon unwrapping the bed I notice the bed was dirty and had numerous scratches, I also refused the delivery.
A week later a received boxed up items as it should have been delivered the first time. Now a month and a half later I am having issues with the bed. The bed had an LED LIGHT along the head board with a remote control to operate the lights. The lights system is not working properly and the only way to turn off the lights is by disconnecting the power from the wall. Ive called numerous times both locations ( Decatur and West Craig) and no one has return my call. I find it disheartening that I spend so much money there, gave them my business and they can't even return my call.Buyers be aware that once you complete the transaction you no longer important to INSTLE and their management. Very unfortunate.
