  • I first became a resident at Park Shadows a year ago. When I moved in I was skeptical because the office staff was rude and unprofessional. The apartments are older so I was skeptical of that as well. However, I love living here! It is very quiet and they have a nice pool and a park for the kids. Anytime I've had a maintenance issue I received a fast and professional response from the staff. They are in the process of repainting the exterior and I am so excited to see the end result! The new management is putting in a lot of effort to remodel. They also have little private yards which is so nice. Lastly, I am beyond pleased with the ladies in the office that they have now. I am in the process of transferring to a bigger unit and they have all been extremely nice and helpful in this process. If you are looking for a place to call home I would recommend checking them out.
