  • Why I had to go back twice to figure out how poorly of a wash they do is my problem. The first time I went back and they redid my car, this time all I wanted was my money back and they wouldn't even give me my full amount only 50%. I wiped my own seats down at home, dog hair covered the back of my back seat (which I specifically asked twice to make sure it was vacuumed), crumbs in the seats, and the exterior wasn't clean.
