Very unprofessional. I was having trouble with my microwave panel, so I called D &G appliances to inquire about where I can bring the part in that I needed fixed. The lady on the phone tells me they only did house calls so I said that was fine. She books me an appointment for a wk later to have my microwave looked at. The lady then calls me a day before my scheduled appointment and leaves me a voicemail saying their scheduling has changed, so they would be coming to my house between 12-2pm, instead of 9-11am how they had originally scheduled me for. The next day she calls me at 9am and then tells me the person will be at my house between 1-3pm. I said ok even though I had already known she had left me a voicemail the day prior to come between 12-2pm. So 3:23pm comes around and still noone arrives. I decided to call them to cancel because why schedule someone on appointments if you can not be profesional in arriving at the time they say and then decided to make changes to an appointment that was booked a week in advance. I had already wasted my day waiting for them. Same lady answers so I let her know what happened and all she could say ok so I will put you down for cancel. I just could not believe her so I just said bye. Really??? I been waiting all day for this person to show up and they do not even bother to call at 3pm to let me know they are running late. The least she could have done was apologize for any inconvenience she caused. I definitely will not be calling them back. Not recommending them to anyone after this. She also told me that they do not charge a service fee if I decided to not to move forward with their estimate on the fixing cost. Yea right. I am pretty sure they would have charged that service fee on they way she kept changing times on me.
