| - A HUGE Shoutout to the entire Fix24 crew!!! This is going to be longer than usual but it's worth the read if you want to get better. I have been in so much pain over the course of 10 years. 5 car accidents, head injury, shoulder pain, neck and back pain from sitting at a desk for numerous years and my body has been through a few things, its worn out from soreness and injury.
I have tried TPI shots, cortisone shots, massages, other chiropractors, even doctors saying I need my neck fused together so the pain would go away, thank the Lord I never did that. All this nonsense I was being fed by so-called "doctors" and no one did a thing except cover up my symptoms.
I came into Fix24 through meeting Dr. Gangemi aka Dr. G from his networking efforts. Dr. G is one of the nicest doctors I have ever met. He has a heart of gold, he cares about me as a human and patient, he wants me to genuinely get better, and he actually has fixed and help correct years of pain. He has the most positive attitude, is always smiling, and walked me through the entire process and walks me through each appointment what he is going to work on that day. He isn't just cracking my bones back and forth, he pushing my bones back into alignment and that is the Fix24 system.
I signed up for the ultimate package because I knew I needed help, badly. During the end of month 1, I had excruciating pain and I thought my original pain was coming back. I needed an emergency appointment. I was able to get in and they could tell I was in bad shape. About 4 hours after my appointment I was feeling better. The next day was even better. No doctor or whoever I went to was ever able to relieve my pain that quickly. But Dr. G did.
The transparency that Dr. G and team provide is amazing. Dr. Robb the owner and the entire staff review each patient every day to ensure a successful recovery. They hand held me through the process. Everyone was involved in my rehabilitation. It was truly white glove service.
I also want to praise Melissa and Erika who run the front of the house. They greet me by name (see it with other patients), they are the friendliest and most important piece to have a great first impression. Most offices are colder but not here and the ladies enhance that experience.
10 years of pain to being able to have the most relief I had had without drugs in 3 months, is purely amazing. If you have been in pain or need maintenance I would highly recommend Fix24. I'm grateful to feel better in the care of the entire team.
