  • I made a reservation through the online system for the Royal Treatment at 12:30pm. The online system assigned me to Assad. I took time off work to go and showed up 5 minutes prior too my scheduled appointment. I was asked to sit and wait. I waited 30 minutes. Not once was I acknowledged by the person who was assigned to cut my hair. Or anyone else for that matter after I sat down. In fact a walk in was given priority over me when it states that those with reservations get priority. I decided to leave and actually if I didn't I would have been late back to work and would likely have received a parking ticket. I was recommended by a friend and customer of this facility, which is disappointing to him and I. I didn't feel welcome there at all. I can only surmise they are happy with their customer base and aren't interested in gaining new customers. I have to give a Star in order to post this review. Can't say it is even warranted.
