I read the reply to my 1st review of this business and it said my conduct made the eye exam impossible? How? Im puzzled right now. My conduct of sitting quietly and waiting patiently to get proper service was misconduct? Only conduct an employee from this place can honestly say I did was politely refuse the script and leave. I didnt curse anyone out, slam any doors, or was not rude in any way; I was 100% calm, polite, and civilized although very frustrated. So I received poor service and from reading the reply it kind of implies I misbehaved during my visit. Wrong! So the reply to my review, by Jennifer C very misleading; it is unfair to try to redirect your poor service elsewhere.
