  • Great new brewery in plaza mid wood ! My boyfriend and I checked Legion out last Sunday afternoon. As it was 60+ degrees out in January most people were flocking to the outdoor area surrounding the building. As we walked in I was surprised at how large their brewery was ( couldn't tell from the outside)! I love all the exposed wood and the homemade bar top- definitely has some rustic charm. As a huge IPA fan I naturally had to check out their "Juicy J" an American IPA boosting itself as a "tropical treat". My other half tried the Daisy Chain White IPA which had hints of coriander. Both of the beers were delicious, full of flavor and body. As we drank our beers and looked around we couldn't help but notice the wide range of demographics in the bar - I love that it appeals to a large diverse crowd. Dogs are welcome both inside and outside and if you stop in you must check out the neat overhead view of the brewing area.
