  • Cab was unclean and smelled terrible. My driver tonight didn't know how to get to my destination even though it was a fairly large intersection (driver asked me for directions). Took unnecessarily long route so that increased the fare substantially. He offered to take off $5 to make up for his long route but my total at the end was $30 when an Uber would've been $19 (tonight is a busy night and an Uber usually costs me $10 for this specific commute)... didn't appreciate the service charge on the debit machine either. Won't be using this company ever again!
