  • My main line to my septic tank clogged from flushing wipes. I called Rotor Rooter and they told me over the phone it would be $90-$250 depending on the access to the clean outs. My clean outs are right at the front landscaping beds for easy access. I waited from 8 am until 3 pm and they finally showed. The plumber looked and said it will be $240. I said it's right here. Just run the snake and unclog it. Well he said, how much do you want to pay? I said a local guy who's been here before is $225 and I thought that was high just for this. Well he said there's a $40 discount. I sent him away. Plumbing Masters came out, unclogged it, ran a camera to look through and charged me $93! Who do you think I'll call if I have another issue? They were polite, courteous, and knowledgeable. Smart company!!!
