  • I specifically want to say that Dan, the shuttle driver, is phenomenal. He made everyone staying for our convention feel incredibly comfortable and well taken care of throughout our trip. Past that, I wanted to make a point that Victoria, who stated she was the manager, was disrespectful during our check out. While calling to see if I could do a late check out today, I was told that 12 PM is the latest they can do. I asked if there is any way we could do a 12:30 PM checkout, just a half hour past what was suggested. She said they could, but she would charge $50, which is more than half a night's stay at the hotel. This simply shows that yes, they were able to accommodate my needs, but made it perfectly clear to the guest they were much more interested in making money than accommodating someone that has stayed at their property and spent a ton of money throughout the week on drinks, food, etc.
