  • if there were a no stars option I would choose it. They seem to be in business largely because they are the only game in town. My car was in a body shop so nationwide set up the reservation with them, which they lost. I had to wait one more day and loose income because of the incompetence of this company. You'd be better off borrowing a friend's car for a couple of days if possible. To add insult to injury, the clerk had not a shred of apology for me, and just banged on endlessly about how much trouble it was to search for my reservation details. I would rather spend an hour in jail than in the Lakewood Enterprise.
