| - We came in yesterday from Chandler to celebrate a birthday, and deeply regret making the drive out for such a poor experience.
I will start by saying the food was above average, and it was the service we were disappointed by.
My mother in law has a thick Russian accent, and it can be hard to understand her (especially if it is a bit noisy around.) She was trying to ask our server, Lauren, a few questions about the menu and was given nothing but short and disrespectful answers. As a server, I could see this was a busy Sunday morning and she probably had a lot going on, but you have to be able to take the time to answer your customer's questions. Don't act like we're an inconvenience to you for not knowing your menu!
When our food came out, the food runner put the plates down and I went to move mine closer to myself. Not until after I touched the plate did he mention that they were EXTREMELY hot. I immediately got a blister on my finger. If plates are that hot, you should tell your guests before they even touch the table.
After we paid, we asked Lauren if we could speak to a manager. She told us that she did not have one, and that she could give us the office number. I called yesterday, and have not jeard anything back yet. Doubtful I will.
