The original purchase experience was pretty good. I likely would have given them a four star rating.
But then I had issues with my PC. I placed several calls and consistently got stuck in wait queues before the calls were dropped. I eventually got in touch with someone via chat. They were kind but essentially unable to help. I asked to make an appointment for service, but was informed the store doesn't take appointments. I was told to stop into the store and they'd take care of it.
I stopped into the store and was told the service center was booked. They'd take my PC, look at it in a day or two, and get back to me.
This has been a very disappointing experience. I purchased a Mac from these guys and really wish I hadn't. The Apple Store takes great care of their customers. Microcenter, on the other hand, seems to be unable to care less about their customers.
