  • For my birthday, my friend ordered a bouquet via foryouflowers.com, I received a set that she said she was disappointed in because it was smaller and less flowers than she paid for and what the website pic displayed. She called foryouflowers to complain and the manager promised a new bouquet would be sent out the next day and said I would receive by noon. I waited til 4:30pm, still no flowers so I let my friend know. According to my friend the shop told her the florist at this florist location refused to make me a new bouquet (one one my friend originally requested) and that's why I never received any. Thankfully the manager told her he would ensure her requests were completed to her satisfaction. I'm uploading pictures of the bouquet I did receive, they were already wilted on day one at delivery, and now at 2 days they look like they're a week old. This is the kind of flowers and management you pay for here.
