Sushi Island is very experimental with their rolls. They offers a lot of unique makis you won't be able to find anywhere else; there are a ton of random and weird ones but it's all catered to those who are daring and are willing to try. Food is to par as typical buffet styled AYCE sushi fare so nothing out of the ordinary. The waitresses are nice and the food all came in a timely fashion.
This restaurant is the place to go with a big group and share everything .
