rev:text	I don't even know where to start here... Initially I was ecstatic that they could come out the same day and paint 2 bedrooms after another painter cancelled on me last minute.. That was the beginning of this nightmare. Nick gave me a price after seeing photos of the rooms.. His "crew" came out later in the day and said they would be done in a few hours.. Several hours later... they still were not done. I came to check on the Work and was a bit shocked... I asked about the previous colors showing through at the seems where the baseboards met the walls as well as the seems where the ceiling meets the walls... they also did not finishing painting behind the toilets..they trashed my bathrooms. I will post pics. One of his "crew" members ensured me they would take care of it.. They had to come out again after getting more paint. That's is when I noticed they got paint on the carpet and the machine leaked all in the carpets... There was over spray everywhere... I spoke to Nick about the carpets and he said it was water based paint and it would come out. I had the floors professionally cleaned and that paint did not come out of the carpet. Nick also wanted to charge me more to fix the paint that was showing through around the seems.. When I said his "crew" ensured me they would take of it. He said "my employees have no authorization to promise or confirm any work other than what I quoted". I then questioned him about the extremely sloppy work his "crew" did. He said he himself would come out and fix it. We agreed on a price for to paint the ceilings and around seems in bedrooms... He did... but he did not fix anywhere they over sprayed, not behind the toilets. He wanted to send another person out to fix it, but our times conflicted. He then offers to take a "loss" and cut the price for second part of job. The person suffering a loss here is me... I now have to buy more paint, supplies and time to fix what they ruined.. my carpets are ruined. Nick is now avoiding me when I tried to contact him about my carpets.. I was so upset about this the other night that I could not sleep and had to call of work the next day... I probably could of hired a couple guys from outside Home Depot that would of did a better job...
