rev:text	I wish I could give a better review. Though I've not purchased a vehicle from here, I have only brought my Honda here for service. Mainly the oil change; as it's an exceptional deal. However, this previous time has left a bad taste in my mouth. I came for an oil change. Hardly anyone was there. I told the service manager (who I never had been helped by before) that if it was gonna be over 45 minutes that I would come back, as I was on a time budget. He assured me that it would be done in 30, as no one was ahead of me. Well... 45 minutes later and I'm patiently waiting... I see my car pull up and he comes to me with some small issues and ask how I want to proceed. They were all things I was aware of, but I politely explained that I needed to leave- so I was unable to do them at this time. I was planning on coming back the following day to have the services performed. One thing I stated after discussing the required maintenances: 'Yes, eventually I'll get the cabin filter replaced too.' He said 'Okay, no problem.' He quickly ran out back to the service bay. (Figuring he was finalizing paperwork) I then see my car take off. So I'm still waiting... about an hour in total. 15 minutes later my car is back. The guy brings my invoice and advises he gave me a coupon too. Red flag. I knew I was being hustled. Sure enough. I take up my invoice and its 98$. He did the oil change and added the filter without my consent. I would have complained, but for some reason. I didn't. Normally I would roast someone. I decided to let it go. Karma is not going to treat him well, if he continues to treat people that way. I don't think I will ever, ever return to Right Honda.
