  • Our visit to the ER after my 11-year old daughter injured her leg, was the first of our experience at Abrazo. The care, since we arrived at ER, was an outstanding experience for my baby girl. She arrived full of emotions, pain, tears and anger; the staff were more than understanding and patient in gathering information before we moved to the back to be seen by the physician and x-rays. She was well-taken care of, including the staff speaking her language and making her blush, all while they made her feel comfortable and making her laugh. There's nothing more to ask for when the ER staff made a difference to care for their patient. I cannot say enough about the wonderful experience, during a time when my baby needed assurance. Great team! ..my daughter just had her cast removed from a tib-fib injury to her leg..
