  • I don't know how this place is rated so high. The price is good is the only reason it's not getting 1 star. The pho was below average for Phoenix standards, but what is disgusting is the cleanliness of the place. The men's bathroom is beyond gross. The light switch is black with dirt. The spoon for the garlic pepper sauce and lid was also gross. No thank you.
