  • Beware! This company has only ONE driver and if he doesn't come to work for any reason, the company cannot pick up or deliver the storage unit. HORRIBLE customer service. Lynnette at the call center was uncaring of my needs and told me as call center supervisor there is no one above her. They have really put me in a bind and couldn't care less. I am at their mercy as to when my box will be moved.
