  • A recent conference brought me to Pittsburgh. Since it was in the business district, there wasn't a lot of touristy souvenir type places, which I need so I can get something for my wife and daughter. After casually searching everytime we went to eat or walk, I decided to resort to Yelp. I found this little gem and couldn't have been happier. To be honest, the souvenirs were decent and those along would probably warrant 3-4 stars. However, the guy that worked the counter, which I assumed was the owner was extremely friendly and outgoing. He was a delight to converse with throughout our time there. He helped me pick out a nice little stuffed animal for my daughter. Upon checkout, we had made a comment about comic books. 20 minutes later, we were leaving with a lot of new information and a great conversation. I highly recommend this place if you need a souvenir or if you want an example of top notch customer service and kindness.
