  • The absolute WORST! Experience. They made my move miserable! If you are considering this company. Just go ahead and throw your stuff into a lake. They lied to me right out of the gate promising me that my stuff would arrive on Saturday. When Saturday came and past I called and they said that the salesperson Kevin should have never promised me that as they have 7-10 days to deliver. Once I finally lost my temper Cassie threatened me with a contract that I signed and threatened to keep my stuff for up to 30 days. After several phone calls and long holds and no return calls even though they were promised, they finally agreed to "expedite" my stuff if I agreed to pay a $350 fee. That is absolute extortion. I have never been so frustrated with a company. I am begging you to please steer clear of this company. Just a miserable experience.
