I purchased an entire bedroom set here roughly about a week ago. While my in-store experience was GREAT, shout out to Larry, my delivery experience has been awful. They delivered me an incomplete bed frame with a missing part. They left all of pieces dissembled in middle of my bedroom & told me that someone from customer service would schedule someone to come out and fix it..
When I spoke to customer service, they told me they would need to order the part and have it shipped to my house (seriously? How would I even know if it is the correct part) Then once I receive it, to give them a call to have them send someone out. This is absolutely ridiculous.
I live with roommates and for the past two days have been sleeping in the middle of the living room, with my brand new mattress on the floor.
Today, when I called to follow up the lady on the phone had no record of a part even being ordered or any solution in the works..
BOTH girls on the phone told me they would give me a call right back to confirm delivery & repair, it's been 2 days and I still have not heard back from anyone.
As you can imagine, I was very excited about my new bedroom set. I now am very upset & although I have two home stores around the corner from my newly purchased home, I will NEVER purchase another piece of furniture from Ashley Furniture.
