  • The maintenance is great here, they have given me a new washer, dryer, and dishwasher since living here and always show up within the day I put a Maintenance request, which I cannot say about any other place I Have lived! The location is the best! The only bad thing is that the walls are super thin. It does always smell like alcohol, weed, and you are constantly letting kids in the front door on the weekend which gets annoying but it is college so don't live here if that will bother you! The rent is a bit pricey but better than University house, rise, the district, etc! The only time this place pissed me off was when they put a notice on my door saying my unit broke part of our lease and would be evicted in 10 days if it happened again. I called and found out they put those on almost everyone's door because they could not find the culprit of an incident. Don't threaten all your residents maybe?
