| - Well, I've had a good experience with Embrace thus far. Their rates are very reasonable and not breed specific which can mean huge savings for some dogs. Like all companies, they have their bureaucratic moments, if you run into one, just cc the CEO on the email and she had it moved along within 2 hours in my case. I had them as secondary insurance, as well as wellness/routine and they have more their held up their end of the payments (over a thousand in payments, secondary insurance coverage alone, just since sign up in July 2012). I also like that if you submit your dog's last 12 months of records on sign up, they will give you an analysis of all preexisting conditions in writing and refund your first month's premium if you wish to cancel after their concluded conditions. This means no nasty preexisting condition surprises later which I'm not aware of any other company that will do. This gives me great comfort since, after all, let's face it, pretty much most insurance companies suck. You also may want to read the filtered reviews (for whatever unknown reason on Yelp) which are positive.
