  • Our puppy is on Big Country Raw, and it's one of the (very) few places in Toronto that carry it, so I started shopping here out of necessity... but return because THEY ARE AWESOME! The staff are super helpful, knowledgeable and friendly, if I call and no one answers they call back ASAP, they will do their best to special order or source products for you if they don't carry it, and best of all I can call in the AM and get our raw food delivered for FREE the same day (as long as it's over $40, which my orders always are). Oh... and there is (free) parking next to the store :D Hands down my favourite pet store in the city!!
