  • Although we have yet to close (building a new home takes some time ) Rich Simon and AZ lending experts have been a dream to work with. Rich has educated , advised, and navigated us through the process. It is obvious how much he cares about his clients, and is constantly looking to save you time and money. He even discovered a RESPA violation that saved us $5000 ! Had we not had Rich in our corner we would have went over budget for sure, because we did , were building a gorgeous home , designed by us and completely ours, at the price most people pay for a similar home that is 20-30 years old with countless past residents.
