Prices are higher then other vets in the area especially considering the service you get. The ladies at the desk are always helpful and friendly but that's as good as it gets here. Once you go in the exam room it's a whole different story. You see a different "vet" or assistant every time. They all try to sell you on their insurance plan. They won't remember you or your animal, ever. When we've tried calling to get refills on our dogs medicine they'll never return your calls and if you do get through to them then they say it's out, that they will order it and call you when it get in. Apparently it never gets in cause they never call back. This isn't a one time occurrence this has happened multiple times. Now the previous owner/vet was amazing. We went to him for years. That's the only reason we continued to go there with the new owners. Last time we were there they offered us $40 off the office visit if we checked in on yelp with five stars. Of course I did and that's why I'm now editing it. The last straw was today. My cancer stricken dog has come to the time to be put down. Calling them to see about it, we were told that they weren't sure of the price and that we would need to bring her in for the vet to see her to determine the price. Just ridiculous. Luckily we found a new place that we'll be switching to in our furry friends last days. Only bring your animal here if you don't care about it and want it examed by people who will treated it with the same don't care attitude.
