  • Stayed in the Midwest for a weekend and decided to grab lunch here on a Sunday. It was a standard place that was nothing special but for value and convenience as well as freshness, I give it 5 stars! We ordered two lunch specials, one being a hibachi steak and the other being a shrimp terriyaki bento box. It was a fantastic value. The miso soup and salad starter were standard and good. The hibachi steak was pretty good. The sauce is not like usual hibachi sauce, but I appreciated the lightness of flavor as it coated the vegetables and steak. I was also impressed with the bento box. We received terriyaki shrimp, some fried shrimp shumai as well as a salmon avocado roll. The fried shrimp shumai was surprisingly light and delicious and the shrimp were a very decent size. I was impressed by the freshness of the salmon and overall, felt that it was a very filling lunch and did not even come close to breaking the bank! Overall, the hibachi and terriyaki did not blow me out the water, but the freshness of the sushi roll as well as the service, atmosphere, and great service really impressed me. Not a bad place to go to at all!
