  • The customer service here is not good. There was one employee (Wesley) who worked hard and tried to help us find the right tux for my son. However, the two managers were not helpful and just rude. We did not have a good experience at this location. I would not recommend this Men's Wearhouse and I certainly will not be back. Paul Simon was much more professional, patient and very helpful. We got our tux there instead.
