  • I am not sure what the purpose of making an appointment for 8:15 is if they tell you ot will be 740-45 mins before they can get you in. Isn't an appointment so you don't have to wait. I paid $500+ on new tires and it comes with free rotations. I even get emailed to remind me that they need rotated. Apparently, if you aren't "paying" the day you come in for service your appointments don't mean anything. Will not be back to this discount tire. Customer service was awful. All you are is $$ to them, once they have yours they could care less about any of their free services that come with your purchase. Very dissatisfied
