Terrible check in experience. Suzanne at the front area was playing favorites on who she led where. Took 45 min standing in line just to get up there and have them spend most of the time trying to sell up grades. I called the hotel and asked for a front desk manager. I was promptly told the managers do not take calls but would call or email me. It's been 3 days. No call. No email.
Gave a star only because valet saved the day and were very pleasant.
