After a couple of visits, I have to say that this is probably my favourite place for ramen right now. The broth is simply amazing. I've had the tonkotsu and the shio ramen and both are done well. I drank all the broth with the tonkotsu, unlike the shio. The shio was saltier (perfect with the noodles) and I couldn't go on after I'd consumed the noodles. Despite the saltiness, I still prefer the shio over the tonkotsu. The noodles are done well, but I would love LOVE to have Kinto's noodles in Sansotei's broth.
