  • Of course we would have problems with our heating system during the coldest days/nights in Vegas. These guys were recommended by my neighbor, who is in the construction business. (And it's a good thing I didn't read previous reviews here first because they painted a pretty awful picture!) I called Thursday and they had someone here the next day! Initially they gave me the 1-5PM window, but when explained that I couldn't be at my house until 4PM, they said ok. And get this, I was running late and the technician was actually here waiting for me. By the time he (his name was Jim), diagnosed the problem, it was Friday after 5PM. Jim graciously offered to go get parts the next day, a Saturday, and come back because he didn't want the kids and me to go through the weekend freezing our arses off. Of course he came when I'd left the house. Again. I called and he said he'd wait. Again. Come on, what technician waits for the customer on a Friday night or a Saturday morning?!! He fixed my system, replaced a thermostat, and we have GLORIOUS heat again.
