  • I called based off the business yelp reviews and in hopes of finding someone to help me with my pool. When the gentlemen answered you could hear children playing loudly in the background, which already told me he was preoccupied. Then when I described the issue I was having he brushed me off, saying he knows nothing about it, which is weird when you advertise LED lighting. Then before I could get another word in he laughed and said you could just put in another strip, laughed again said good luck and hung up... If he had actually listened he would have heard I wanted to remove them and go with what is advertised in their site. I get being busy or preoccupied, but then don't answer and call back when you are able to discuss. I was not impressed with the customer service. I this company already had a plethora of business and didn't need any new customers.
