  • The store we go to has decent service and knowledgeable staff, which is why they get 2 stars. I scheduled a repair visit for my pool equipment. The guy called me the night before to confirm the time. The next day I went home from work and waited at the time he said he would be there. An hour later he did not call or show up, so I went back to work. He finally called 2 hours later and said he was at my house. I asked why he didn't show up at the schedule time and he just said he thought I said anytime in the afternoon. Thanks for wasting my time. I ended up going with a different company to get the repairs done.
