  • Excellent service, highly recommended. Greg my tech was courteous and prompt. He called ahead of his arrival and was on time. He looked at my outside A/C units and determined the downstairs unit was the noise I was hearing and checked the unit thoroughly. Other than being old, there was nothing mechanically wrong with the unit and it turns out that most of the noise was the cage on the outside vibrating, which he fixed. He explained the mechanics of everything in layman's terms and even gave tips on maintenance I can do myself for free. He didn't try to 'find' things to bill me for or recommend unneeded service. Again, highly recommended and professional. Amanda in the office is pleasant to talk to and schedule service and I received a timely response from the owner Charles when I sent a question before scheduling service.
