  • Massage was fantastic. Front desk on the other hand was very rude and unwelcoming. One in particular, never got her name but she had black hair and was one of the 2 there at night this past Sunday. My method of payment was a gift certificate and since she had never seen it before(eventhough it was clearly marked, had no restrictions or expiration date) she was quick to make me feel like I had did something wrong and I was a fool for using it. I was just bringing business to the establishment. After a phone call, she called out to my partner and I telling us that " It's fine, we will honor it" in an extremely rude and cold tone.
