  • In 2008 we had Imagine come to our home and re-surface the cool deck into a painted surface. They claimed that it wouldn't be any hotter than the cool deck---WRONG. They claimed it would last a lot longer than cool deck---WRONG again! We had a couple small patches that needed taken care of and the guy they sent out was really nice and said oh, it hasn't been that long since we re-did your deck, plus you have kept the deck in really great shape I am sure the boss will just fix it no problem; . WRONG a third time! They would not cover the expense. So, all in all cool deck was $1300 back in 1998, re-painting surface in 2008 $1315.50... did I mention that once we redid the deck we found gouges out of the original cement (from them when they resurfaced it), and that is what caused the cracks in the deck to begin with? These people's claim was it would last 10 years it didn't even last two years. Don't waste your money!
