  • The Auto Center at 7785 Arrowhead Center, Glendale, az 85308, has terrible service. I had a scheduled appt for a tire rotation/balance for 2pm on 8/23/15. I arrived early and was told that it would be done in 1-1 1/2hrs because they were short on help. I was fine with that and came back at 3pm. My vehicle wasn't even pulled in the shop yet! I finally got it back at 5:05. One of the valve stems was leaking so they replaced it for $35!!! When I got back my Gorilla Locks lugnut key, it was all stripped out! The manager said he would call me when he "found" a new one. I'm never going back there again! ps- There was another customer there that brought his vehicle in at 1:30pm that day. His wasn't even finished when I left!
