  • I log about a thousand miles a year, mostly commuting. Not huge, but enough that I need parts and service pretty regularly. I generally avoided this place because of their we-are-too-cool attitude but visited when necessary. Then my daughter went in for parts and they literally shamed her out of the store because of the quality of her bike. Arrogance never sells. Done with these jokers.
