  • 3 months later, an update is needed as I am now reviewing this place as 1 star. I would NOT recommend. I am going to stick to the facts so you can decide if this place is worth your money and time. It's not worth mine. - Got my very first set of extensions on 10/17/16 (a weft with beads) was told this would last 6-12 months. Paid over $800 I believe with the Brazilian blowout which did nothing. Loved the hair, was smooth and silky and received many compliments. No issues with hair, just some itching. Connie was late seeing me about 20 minutes. - Almost 4 weeks later went for maintenance as scheduled and waited over 30 minutes past my appointment time for Connie. Hair still looked pretty good but I started to notice breakage when I brushed it. I was assured all looked good. - Scheduled my next follow up early December on my bday so I could also get it curled as well as the adjustment. I also needed Connie to take a look and see why I was having a rats nest going on. My hair was tangling really bad. I was super concerned. This was going on about 2 weeks now. I would brush it and 10 minutes later it was all tangled, looked like a mess. The day of my appointment the salon called me and had to reschedule me since Connie was suddenly going out of town. I rescheduled and dealt with the tangled mess. - Next appointment no surprise Connie was late again almost 30 minutes. She didn't understand why the tangles but just advised me to wash less frequent even though I was only washing it once a week, she thought it was getting too dry. - 10/29/16 came in for my appointment and Connie recommended I get another set of full hair as mine was looking damaged and tangled. I was convinced that I needed the new hair to fix my problem. So my hair only lasted a little over 2 months, not even close to the 12 months! So spent over another $500, hair again looked good and silky. - Today 1/25/17 went in for my scheduled appointment Connie was not even there. Called her she said it was a miscommunication. I could not wait 25 minutes longer for her to come back to the salon so I left. On my way home I stopped at 2 other salons to check their prices and see their thoughts on my hair as it is starting to break again. Both said the weft is not sewn properly and they would need to remove and fix it. The one salon has the same pricing as Connie and will fix it at no charge as she felt bad that I was already in over $1500 in hair and it hasn't even been 4 months. Everyone has their own techniques so not saying Connie did anything wrong but just saying the technique was not right for my hair as the beads are not placed in positions where they should. With all her experience I was hoping for a better experience but did not get it. Hope you find this useful and my suggestion is to shop around! There are places that do maintenance for $50 like Connie too.
